About the Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Union Label Benefits Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and prospects
  • Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage client relationships
  • Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with clients and prospects through inbound and outbound calling to understand their needs and preferences

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage client relationships
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client interactions and progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Essential Qualifications:

* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
  • Upbeat and positive attitude with great energy to drive results and inspire others
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups to build trust and rapport
  • Strong customer service and/or customer sales experience preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees to drive collaboration and results
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a union label benefits environment or similar industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results
  • Strong leadership and team player skills to drive collaboration and growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
