Role Overview

As a Speech Language Pathologist with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual therapy services to students in Colorado Springs, CO. You will work with students of varying ages and skill levels, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address their unique needs. Your goal will be to help students improve their communication skills, build confidence, and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual speech-language pathology services to students in Colorado Springs, CO
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensure: Active SLP License in Colorado
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience; experience with teletherapy is preferred but not required
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents; strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with virtual therapy platforms and technology
  • Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and language disorders
