Job Summary

As a Work From Home Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our brand, helping to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to higher support levels when necessary
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications, including CRM systems and email clients
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet connectivity
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
