Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals for part-time live chat support positions at blithequark. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat interactions, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need:
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers via live chat
  • The ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms, including our CRM system
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role
