About the Role
As a Senior Data Science Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities
- Designing and executing A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
- Proactively monitoring our suggestion models to identify potential issues and resolve them
- Developing new tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and AI partners
- Presenting key findings and recommendations to senior leadership across the organization
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience in data analysis and machine learning, preferably in a web-based business setting
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and data warehousing
- Proficiency in Python and Python libraries, including Jupyter Notebook, pandas, and scikit-learn
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business decisions
- Familiarity with AI algorithms and methods, such as decision trees, random forests, and deep learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and drive results
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical abilities, with a critical thinking mindset
