Work Environment and Culture
Our office is located in Lenexa, KS, and we offer a collaborative and supportive work environment. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will work in-office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurate Data Entry: Quickly and accurately key in data from driver events, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Trip Review and Verification: Review trips to ensure that amounts billed are accurately charged and that all required information is included.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in data processing, with dispatch experience preferred
- Skills:
