Your Role at blithequark
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and their customers, handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
Qualifications and Requirements
We're looking for fearless and passionate individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a call center environment
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and software
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize referral needs for customers
- Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of blithequark-provided equipment)
- Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months of call center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required
