Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine the best solutions for customers
  • Operating with empathy, understanding, and kindness to customers and team members alike
  • Collaborating with teammates and management to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adapting to changing business needs and priorities
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment
  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and navigation through systems and the internet
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you will need:

  • A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed)
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
