Experienced Part-time Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity with blithequark

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls, updating administrative details of customer accounts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed. Our ideal candidate is a customer-centric individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is passionate about delivering top-notch service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
  • Help explain contract details and provide clear, concise information to customers
  • Manage existing customer relationships to give our customers peace of mind and worry-free experiences
  • Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
  • Participate in interactive and communicative team meetings, training sessions, and meetings with management, requiring camera usage for visibility and collaboration

Key to Success:

* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
  • General computer and typing skills
  • Passion for customer service and quality work
  • Must be focused, reliable, and able to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
