About the Role

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
• Adjust policyholder information as necessary
• Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 6 months of customer service experience
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months of call center experience

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with Blithequark, you'll need:

• Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
• ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Proof of internet speed required
• Clean and quiet workspace
