Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for: -

Customer Interaction:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat platforms, ensuring all communications are articulate and respectful. -

Issue Resolution:

Efficiently identify customer issues, provide effective solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members as required. -

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers. -

Documentation:

Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system, ensuring that all conversations are logged accurately for future reference. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a streamlined support experience and contribute to the overall improvement of customer service processes. -

Feedback Loop:

Gather and communicate customer feedback to appropriate teams to drive continuous improvement in products and services. -

Performance Tracking:

Monitor personal performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and aim to meet or exceed these key performance metrics. -

Adaptability and Resourcefulness:

Exhibit a flexible approach to work tasks, being willing to adapt to shifting priorities and customer needs in real-time. -

Training Participation:

Engage in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on product changes and service protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: -

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience in business, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. -

Experience:

No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or support roles will be considered an asset. -

Personality Traits:

- Resourceful: Ability to think on your feet and identify solutions quickly. - Adaptable: Comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced environment. -

Soft Skills:
