Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Experience Associate III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will work from the comfort of your own home, leveraging your technical expertise and cultural competence to resolve customer inquiries, respond to feedback, and provide solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing questionnaires and surveys via telephone using standard scripts and standard operating procedures
  • Obtaining and/or verifying needed information for our cases by answering incoming calls
  • Making outgoing calls when further information is needed
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Routing calls to appropriate departments
  • Utilizing scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Spanish language skills (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent computer navigation skills (move between multiple windows and programs)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good data entry and typing skills (35+ WPM)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Work at Home Requirements

To ensure your success as a virtual customer service representative, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Existing High-Speed Internet access (applicants must have their own modem)
  • Equipment must be hardwired
  • Quiet noise-free home office space, free of distractions
  • Note: While you are clocked in, working virtually is NOT something that can be combined with watching TV, listening to music, being on mobile devices (cell phone, iPad, etc.), being online on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), preparing meals, running errands, car-pooling, doing household chores, providing pet care, elder care, or childcare.
