Quality Assurance
Companial R&D team is looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to join a skilled team in Vilnius, Kaunas, or remote (within Lithuania). What you are going to do:Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring they are clearly described and reproducible. Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and other QA documentation. Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle. Creation and maintenance of automated tests using Postman and Playwright.
What we expect from you:At least 2 years of experience in software testing. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, tools, and best practices. Ability to create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans and test cases. Ability to analyze requirements and independently identify test scenarios. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in English.
What is nice to have, but not required from you:ISTQB certification Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Postman) Familiarity with performance or security testing tools and concepts. Experience working with Cloud infrastructure like Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Monthly salary ranges from 2500 EUR – 4000 EUR gross (salary offer depends on candidate ‘s professional experience, knowledge and competencies)
