Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and patients by providing accurate and timely data entry services. You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including data entry, patient enrollment, and customer communication, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. This is a full-time remote position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks using blithequark's solution information systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines and regulations.

  • Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing.
  • Investigate missing prescription data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve data entry-related issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inbound calls, visits, and messages, and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Resolve external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
  • Make phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or resolve external exceptions.
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
  • Acquire a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current pharmacist license or certification.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer. + Using a mouse to point and click. + Starting and closing programs. + Switching between programs. + Saving files. + Printing reports. + Accessing data online.

  • Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program. + Writing in URLs in the correct location. + Using a web search engine. + Bookmarking a website. + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons. + Completing forms online.

  • Basic keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Organizing reports.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a license or certification by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute. + Typing by memory. + Designing reports.

  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
