Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Executing and finalizing enrichment tasks as specified by the client, ensuring precision and quality of data
• Managing credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications
• Communicating with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications
• Ensuring precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines
• Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases
• Providing assistance with additional tasks as required

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed)
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
• High school diploma or equivalent
