This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. The ideal candidate takes initiative, brings ideas to the table, improves processes, and makes decisions without relying solely on management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day rental property operations (across multiple states) using Zillow, Doorloop, Dialpad, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
  • Oversee, delegate, and follow up with vendors, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

  • Maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors, addressing questions, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate occasionally with Admin, Transaction Coordinators, and Operations team members on key tasks and priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and documentation, creating better records and filing systems when needed.
  • Update and maintain accurate property records, reports, and vendor files.
  • Handle challenging situations, make thoughtful decisions independently, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal English.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (US dialect preferred), with excellent comprehension of American phrasing, idiomatic expressions, and professional communication in both written and verbal forms.
  • Fluent in Spanish — many vendors and contractors in the US communicate primarily in Spanish.
  • 3+ years of previous property management experience.
  • Experience managing 15+ properties.
  • 3+ years of experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and negotiations.
  • Experience working with US-based property companies is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, resolving tenant concerns, and managing vendor issues.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently without constant oversight.
  • Strong skills in delegation, follow-up, accountability, and vendor management.
  • Experienced in negotiating contracts, service agreements, and vendor payments.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Zillow, Doorloop (or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, and communication platforms.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and forward-planning abilities.
  • People-oriented, approachable, and professional.
  • Availability on evenings / weekends for property showings (with overtime tracked and compensated).

Working hours: This is a remote role with preferred coverage of Central Standard Time (CST) hours, ideally between 9 AM and 5 PM CST, however, flexibility is required, as you might need to be available in the evenings or on the weekends due to the specifics of the role. Overtime will be tracked and compensated. What we offer:
