Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records. This will involve working with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility between systems, and monitoring records for accuracy and completeness. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions to resolve issues and improve our systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency with our enrollment package records

  • Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
  • Identify and resolve errors from multiple reports, including discrepancies between systems
  • Reconcile eligibility between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Monitor records for accuracy and completeness, and make necessary corrections
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions to resolve issues and improve our systems
  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve our systems and processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Strong background in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare experience, preferably in a data analysis or eligibility records management role

  • Experience working with shared mailboxes and work queues
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and tools, such as SQL or data visualization tools
  • Experience working with external stakeholders, such as vendors or partners

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation and Perks
