The Role
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in engaging prospective clients who have requested information about debt consolidation options. Your primary responsibility will be to assess each client's financial situation and provide a personalized debt consolidation solution that addresses their unique challenges. You'll work closely with our team of business development enthusiasts to ensure that all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
* Bilingual (Spanish) with excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
- Motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sales
- Proven success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Ability to see challenges as opportunities and objections as buying questions
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Financial Services experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
