Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering business solutions that meet clinical and scientific requirements.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical trials, pharmaceuticals, and medical device lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Jira, Git).
  • Strong knowledge of Lifescience industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Product Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
