Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDL-A dedicated truck driver to join our team as a Coca-Cola driver. As a dedicated truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling food and beverage products in dry van trailers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Haul food and beverage products in dry van trailers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.
• Drive within Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah, with a consistent schedule that allows for weekly home time.
• Participate in our 100% no-touch and 30% drop-and-hook freight program, which reduces the need for manual handling and increases efficiency.
• Drive 5 loads per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.
• Meet or exceed performance standards, including on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Bonus Potential

As a dedicated truck driver for Coca-Cola, you will enjoy a competitive salary and bonus potential, including:

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay, which rewards you for meeting or exceeding performance standards.
• Paid orientation, which includes training and support to ensure your success as a dedicated truck driver.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
