Key Responsibilities
As a Director of Chance Administration, you'll be responsible for:
- Investigating and analyzing complex data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
- Developing and implementing risk management strategies and business processes that align with blithequark's goals and objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new business processes and systems
- Identifying and assessing new data sources that can add value to blithequark's products and services
- Utilizing industry and internal best practices to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and IT teams
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working with cloud-based applications and web development technologies
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
