Job Summary
As a Collection Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in resolving delinquent accounts by contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules. With comprehensive training and support, you'll develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role and enjoy unlimited bonus potential. Key Responsibilities
* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
- Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes and concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account status
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet or exceed performance targets and bonus potential
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving customer disputes and concerns
Preferred Qualifications
* One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
- Two (2) years of Collection Experience
- Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Experience working with CRM software and other technology platforms
