Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Compensation and Injury Review

Responsibilities:
As a full stack customer service representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with individuals through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation, and providing guidance on the next steps
- Managing a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
- Multitasking with ease, juggling multiple windows, and utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and scripts to ensure seamless communication
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Participating in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, and assisting with other projects as needed
- Demonstrating self-troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve basic IT issues
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- A competitive spirit, with a drive to succeed and meet or exceed sales targets
- A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
- A reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB, e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432)
- A strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
This is not for you if:
* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues or resolve common problems
- You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
- You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups, until you're connected with a viable caller
- You're unable to use problem-solving skills or think critically and creatively
- You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) or commit to ongoing learning and development
- You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc., during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Hours of Operation:
Our full-time schedule is as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
