Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary focus will be on answering questions and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other related topics. Through your expertise and knowledge, you will empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, improving their overall well-being and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans
- Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other related topics
- Resolve issues and concerns related to pharmacy benefit plans, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
Required Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality industry
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as healthcare or business
- Experience in a healthcare-related field, such as pharmacy or medical billing
