As a seasoned Provider Services Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in our mission to modernize healthcare. You'll work closely with our teams to coordinate and collect medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This is a seasonal opportunity that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

As a Provider Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to provider offices and answering inbound calls to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Investigating, conducting research, and analyzing customer data to inform outreach efforts and drive business results
  • Working day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Providing problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email) to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating on projects of limited scope and complexity, generally following set procedures and working under supervision

Competencies, Knowledge, and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders
  • The ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to manage data and create reports
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Effective listening and critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail to resolve customer issues efficiently
