Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Inbound and Outbound Calls: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and online chat.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also highly valued.
