Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Chat Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including questions about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services via online chat
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensuring seamless communication with customers
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services offered by our dealer clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Collaborating with the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be able to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Possess gaming experience (preferred)
