Role DescriptionThis part-time, on-site position in Doral, FL is ideal for college students who are passionate about education and mentorship. The Tutor will work one-on-one with students in various subjects, helping them strengthen comprehension, build confidence, and reach their academic goals.
Responsibilities include providing individualized instruction, monitoring progress, collaborating on personalized learning plans, and fostering a supportive, encouraging atmosphere for each learner.
Qualifications- Proficiency in subject areas relevant to K–12 education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in individualized or small-group instruction (preferred)
- Ability to foster a nurturing and supportive learning environment
- Passion for education and student success
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a college or university (preferred)
