Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative functions, including data entry, communication, and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data analysis, reporting, and document preparation, as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • At least 16 years of age, with a valid US address and reliable internet connection
  • Proficiency in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • Familiarity with cloud-based software and applications, such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and interpreting reports
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions
  • Certification in a related field, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite
