Responsibilities

As an Apple Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to ensure a seamless experience with Apple products and services
  • Educating customers on Apple products and services, including features, benefits, and best practices
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
  • Staying up-to-date on Apple products and services, including new releases and updates
  • Providing feedback to improve customer experience and contribute to the development of our customer service processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Apple products and services, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions
