Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service, from initial contact to enrollment completion. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing their queries and concerns

  • Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Online chat inquiries as assigned, responding promptly and professionally
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
  • Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Time and task management, multitasking, and task prioritization to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period and pass required exams

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* Base pay: $14.50 per hour

  • Enhanced rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Spanish Bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour
  • Spanish Bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO)
