Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you'll be working on a computer and navigating our chat platform)
• A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone (you'll need to attend remote training sessions and interact with customers via chat)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
• Fluency in multiple languages (although not required, it's a plus!)
