Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Contacting existing customers on behalf of blithequark's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems.
• Upgrading or resubscribing their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives.
• Delivering productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives.
• Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections.
• Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A North Carolina residence
• A private and secure workspace at home, free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience (highly preferred)
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Assertive and quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
• Good computer skills

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need to provide:

• Your own computer or laptop
