The Opportunity

As a Customer Support Agent with blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide inbound customer service for a leading company

  • Consistently provide a great customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to navigate our CRM system and other software applications
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Shift Options:

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate your lifestyle and preferences:

  • Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am; Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements:

* 1-2+ years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and software applications
  • Background check required
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a dedicated Ethernet cable
  • A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
