Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Consumer Relations Specialist – Remote Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating an outstanding quality service experience for the blithequark consumer
  • Advocating for customers with multiple internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Finding creative solutions that meet the needs of customers and blithequark when negotiating and implementing concessions
  • Interacting and coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
  • Meeting work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
  • A minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task
  • The ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications
  • Previous experience working from home (preferred)
  • A passion for helping customers and problem-solving
  • Flexibility, with the ability to take direction from management while working independently to achieve goals
  • Active listening skills and the ability to ask questions
  • Conflict resolution skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills
  • Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to change
  • Critical thinking skills
  • A desire to work in a team environment towards common goals
  • The ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns

Compensation and Perks
