Job Summary

As an Experienced Bilingual Auto Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our policyholders, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and outcome. You will work closely with our team to resolve claims efficiently, effectively, and with empathy.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect facts about accidents, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties - Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction - Make coverage and liability decisions based on claims liability experience - Work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment - Multitask on computer systems, navigating multiple screens and applications - Collaborate with team members to resolve claims efficiently and effectively - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of blithequark's products and services

Essential Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - 12+ months of claims liability-making coverage and liability decisions experience - In-office role requires commuting to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811 - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred - Active Adjusters insurance license preferred - Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's degree or higher - Active Adjusters insurance license - Experience providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Experienced Bilingual Auto Claims Customer Service Representative, you will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $23.45 to $26.05 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including: - A $1,000 completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation - A 10% bilingual differential - A 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts - A 10% evening differential for applicable shifts - A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and a 401(k) plan
