Job Summary
As an Experienced Bilingual Auto Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our policyholders, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and outcome. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish - 12+ months of claims liability-making coverage and liability decisions experience - In-office role requires commuting to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811 - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred - Active Adjusters insurance license preferred - Eagerness to explore new skills and openness to different career paths

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Experienced Bilingual Auto Claims Customer Service Representative, you will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $23.45 to $26.05 per hour, commensurate with experience.
