Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents with precision and accuracy
  • Entering new SKUs and pricing in the system, ensuring seamless data integration
  • Verifying the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source material, maintaining data integrity
  • Uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system, ensuring efficient data management
  • Monitoring aging of accounts receivable, preparing invoices, and facilitating the collection process
  • Reconciling Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Conducting a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis, maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Providing administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications
