RBT (REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN) - FULL TIME

UCP Heartland is currently looking for FULL-TIME RBTs for our Columbia, MO Location! The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a non-exempt (hourly) position responsible for maintaining excellent clinical standards set forth by UCP Heartland (UCPH). The RBT is responsible for the implementation of treatment programs written by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The RBT role is a key position within UCPH building strong relationships with clients, families and has direct impact on each child's outcomes. There's high demand for these services and it offers a GREAT career path for individuals who have worked with kids, are in school for education, social work or psychology and it is rewarding to see the impact that you have on these children with every session. MONDAY-FRIDAY--NO WEEKENDS!!! Shift starts at 8:30AM and will run until 3:30PM three days per week and until 6:30PM two days per week (the days will rotate) WE ARE CURRENTLY PAYING $20.00 PER HOUR!!! • Implement ABA treatment programs as written by the BCBA.
• Conduct quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.
• Provide hands-on, direct care while following the principles of ABA.
• Communicating clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge.
• Follow all agency, regulatory and accreditation policies and procedures.
