As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in helping us scale to new heights and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring real-time metrics to maintain healthy call center production and proactively addressing signs of poor health
  • Promptly answering inbound support emails and responding to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Communicating with blithequark's Operations and Product departments, as well as BPO leads, to resolve issues related to the ordering platform or agent staffing
  • Escalating complex issues to blithequark's Account Management and Leadership as needed
  • Supporting the onboarding of new customers by creating accounts in blithequark's database, verifying telephony setup, and answering questions
  • Maintaining blithequark's knowledge base for customers and assisting in the creation of new SOPs
  • Tracking and documenting all happenings in HubSpot, following up on open tickets from earlier in the day/week
  • Contacting Restaurant partner locations as needed to facilitate order recovery

What sets you up for success:

* 3+ years of experience in a data-heavy, technical-product-focused customer support/success role

  • True call center experience is a plus
  • Flexible/open availability
  • Metrics-savvy & Proactive: experience monitoring metrics real-time and making decisions based on data to protect business stability and efficiency
  • Accountable & Independent: you're self-directed and take pride in your work
  • Tech savvy: you're computer-savvy, with CRM/ticketing system experience preferred but not required
