What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and leaders, and understanding their needs to suggest the right blithequark products and services.
  • Providing elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and other components of blithequark's services.
  • Continuously enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals.
  • Delivering exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment.
  • Reporting essential record data according to established procedures and protocols.
  • Demonstrating unwavering commitment to blithequark's administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, with a proven track record of building client reliability through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment with exceptional multitasking and navigation skills in an online setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus).
