This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls, handling inquiries about our policies, and helping customers troubleshoot.

Key Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Service Representative, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License - Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision - Maintaining regular and timely attendance - Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard - Managing individual stress and composure - Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need: - A High School Diploma - 2 years' experience in customer service - A designated space and internet capability to work from home - Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
