Job Summary

As a French Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients in French. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our services and products. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in French, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information about our services and products

• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* Advanced French language skills, written and spoken

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 10 MB internet speed required for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience working with a diverse range of customers and products
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
• Certification in customer service or a related field
