Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and transferring inbound and outbound calls during business hours
  • Providing support to other departments and mail services
  • Processing customer service requests, payments, and administrative tasks
  • Insurance tracking and reporting
  • Assisting with early-stage collections duties

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized

How to Stand Out

While the above qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates with:

  • At least 5 years of customer service experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or social science
  • Knowledge of the Equipment Loan/Leasing Finance industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency
