As a key member of our remote support team, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and providing guidance and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Job Summary

As a Remote IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software and hardware products, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training, meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets, and document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware products
  • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets

Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in IT customer service or technical support

  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work from anywhere in the USA

  • Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend work required
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $35.00 - $49.00/hour.
