Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support QA & Chatbot Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels, including Zendesk, email, chat, and Telegram (if necessary)
  • Conducting regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards
  • Collaborating with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance
  • Assisting in documenting support processes and best practices
  • Contributing to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback

Key Responsibilities Breakdown:

Customer Support:

Provide exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to their queries and concerns.

QA Reviews:

Conduct regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards.

Chatbot Optimization:

Collaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Documentation:

Assist in documenting support processes and best practices, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.

Customer Experience:

Contribute to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback, helping to shape the future of fintech at blithequark.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a related role
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms
  • Experience in QA for customer service
  • Knowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or bot training)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience design
  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Zendesk Certified Support Agent)
