Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound service inquiries, resolving member issues, and providing professional service to our valued customers. This is a fully remote role with a scheduled start date of August 4, 2025. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound service inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide exceptional service to our valued members, exceeding their expectations
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to members
• Meet performance expectations, including response times, resolution rates, and member satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Prior Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare-related setting is preferred
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time Management: Strong ability to manage time, multitask, and meet performance expectations
