Key Responsibilities
As an Equipment Services Coordinator/Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Scheduling and coordinating daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring seamless execution of service calls and projects
* Interfacing directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to address queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
* Identifying gaps in schedules and providing input on technician capacity to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with various teams to find solutions to scheduling exceptions, ensuring timely completion of service calls in accordance with service level agreements
* Working in SAP to support service activities, manage parts ordering, and process returns in a timely and accurate manner
* Participating in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
* Researching and resolving ticket scheduling issues using complex systems, ensuring seamless resolution of customer queries
* Monitoring and responding to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, providing timely and effective support to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or GED, with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and resolve customer queries
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
