About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Training Information Bits of knowledge group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and services. You'll work closely with our Product and Designing teams to build exceptional products that delight our customers worldwide. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help us identify new opportunities, measure the impact of our products, and inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Defining, owning, and refining product success metrics in collaboration with our Product Management, UX, and Designing teams.
• Reporting, tracking, and analyzing key metrics, and making recommendations to improve them.
• Identifying critical product functionalities and evaluating their business impact.
• Working with our Designing teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-critical customer journeys.
• Collaborating with our Product, Designing, and cross-functional teams to influence, prioritize, and support product strategy.
• Applying technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions.
• Delivering successful presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with a focus on product development and analytics.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience with exploratory data analysis, data mining, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
• Certification in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
