Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing phone support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of Blithequark, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, answering questions and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, additional benefits, and programs

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their concerns, and resolve their issues
• Meet performance guidelines, participation requirements, and call quality objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to customers
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
• Reliable internet connection with a secure Ethernet link (Wi-Fi is not allowed)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance guidelines and call quality objectives

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of Medicaid and federal health insurance programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on independence and self-motivation
