Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Data Analysis team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Define, own, and refine product success metrics, working with Product Management, UX, and Design to develop a comprehensive metric framework that aligns with business objectives

• Report, track, and explain key metrics, making recommendations to improve them
• Collaborate with Design teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-critical customer journeys
• Work with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to influence, prioritize, and support product strategy, applying technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions
• Deliver successful presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year certification in Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent functional experience

• Three years of experience in data analysis applications (e.g., statistical analysis, data visualization, or business intelligence), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with exploratory data analysis, data preparation, data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling

• Experience in business analysis or operations research support (e.g., business intelligence, Six Sigma certification)
• Ability to apply statistical knowledge to real-world data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
